New clients will need to register for an account and fill out their personal and pet profiles prior to a meet & greet.
Desert Whiskers Cat Sitting uses an online software called Time To Pet for service booking, scheduling and billing.
If for any reason you are unable to request appointments through the online software,
Shawn is always available to take requests by email or text!

All Clients - New and Established Clients
50% - non-refundable deposit is due to hold your reservation, the other remainder of payment is
due in full 7 days before the first day of service

Key Pickup/Return $30 each way

Meet & Greet ~ *Free
This is the initial meeting so that everyone can get acquainted and we can discuss our pet sitting services. We will go over the information you entered in your account, have you show us where things are, your pets routines, home security routines, answer any questions you may have, and of course, get to know your pets.
At the meet Shawn will require 1 set of house keys and a deposit. The meet and greet usually takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how many pets you have.

If you’re still deciding and don’t have dates set, there will be a non-refundable fee for the meet and greet. But don’t worry, if you decide to book with us, we’ll credit this fee to your account.
**Please Note: If we need to make an additional visit after the meet and greet to collect a key or for any other reason, there will be an additional charge.

We understand that your cats are part of your family, and we’re here to give them the care they deserve. Our service includes home visits as often as needed to feed your cats, change or scoop their litter, play with them, quiet time for the shy ones, and even administer medications, including insulin shots & transdermal medications. This is a stress-free option for your cats, who often prefer the comfort of their own home.
Cats must be seen a minimum of once per day.
*DOES NOT provide every other day care*
Our Rates:
30-minute visit: $40.00
45-minute visit: $55.00
60-minute visit: $65.00

Exotic Small Animal Care
At Desert Whiskers Cat Sitting, we extend our love and care to your exotic small animals too!
We cater to a variety of pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, pet rats, hamsters, gerbils, and turtles/tortoises.
Our services include cleaning out cages, providing fresh bedding, hay, greens, food pellets, water, and of course, showering your pets with love and attention.
For turtles and tortoises, we ensure their habitat or terrarium temperature is checked, and they have water, food, and any other specific care they require.
All small animal exotic pets must be seen a minimum of once per day.

we currently do not cater to snakes, lizards, or spiders.
